Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do not require a signature upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking information when we ship your items. Please allow 24 hours for the information to be updated in the shipping carrier’s system.
We do not accept returns on all items. We do not accept returns on Sculptures Hikari, Philo and LUZ CANDLES and those sales are final.
